U11 Camogie Blitz

There was great excitement among the girls for the u11 Cumann na mBunscol camogie competition held in Templetuohy. In Game 1, we had a great battle with Templetuohy. With the scores 1 goal apiece at half time, 1-1 from captain Katie Bergin saw us run out winners on a scoreline of 2-1 to 1-0. This meant that a win in our next game v Ballycahill would see us progress to a county semi final. The girls played great camogie, with scores from Katie, Rachel Delahunty and Shania McCormack seeing us progress. This was a great day for the girls with many playing in their first competitive game. We look forward to a county semi final in the coming weeks
