School Tours 2024
On Wednesday 12th June, Juniors and Seniors headed off to Castleview Open Farm on our school tour. It was a beautiful sunny day which meant we could enjoy the outdoor play areas and meeting all the animals. The highlight of the day for many of us was being on a big bus for the first time. We can't wait for the junior school tour next year!
On Friday 14th June, First to Sixth Class left for Emerald Park on their school tour. It was such an enjoyable day and a first time experience for a lot of the pupils. There was a great variety of attractions to enjoy from rollercoasters suitable for all ages and the 5D cinema was a great hit. At one point we were not sure if the pupils or the teachers were having a better time as some of the staff braved The Cú Chulainn Coaster and the Viking Voyage. Thankfully the weather held up for us until near leaving time so we were able to make the very most of the day. It was so lovely to hear such positive feedback from the pupils about the day and how much they enjoyed it.
