School Tour 2022
There was no sleeping last Thursday night, the night before the best day of the year.....Our School Tour! On Friday June 10th we came to school very early and waited for the buses to arrive. Everyone was so excited. First to Sixth class headed off to Athlone to Bay Sports at Hudson Bay. We spent the first part of the day there at Ireland's largest inflatable waterpark. We then got to go and play bowling and eat delicious hot food. Even though the weather wasn't too pleasant, everybody enjoyed all of the activities immensely and had the best day.
Junior and Senior Infants headed in the opposite direction for Limerick. We went to the UL Sport Adventure Centre for a day of absolute FUN. We met our leaders for the day and began with a turn on the disco dome. We then got to go on lots of different inflatables and play lots of games. The army obstacle course was the clear favourite and we were all exhausted by the time we got back to the bus. A super day was had by everyone and we cannot wait for next year already!
