School Soccer League

Our recent soccer league came to its conclusion this week. In a very enjoyable league between France, Portugal and Italy, it was Portugal who came out on top with a 5-3 victory over Italy in the final. The winning captain, Alistair Coady, accepted the trophy on behalf of his team. Jack Noonan received the award of Player of the Tournament, based on his contribution and excellent sporting attitude throughout. As always, the emphasis was on having fun and improving along the way. This was certainly achieved by all players. Well done to all!
