From Seed to Plate
On Monday last we had a very exciting day in school. Our seed potatoes which were sown last Spring were finally ready for harvest. We had to dig up the potatoes, wash them, peel them and chop them into chips. We then cooked them in the air fryer. Once they were ready it was time to add the salt, vinegar, and ketchup. They were delicious! A huge thank you to Ms. Kenny and 5th/6th class for all of their help.
